Briefs you edit
Change an agent's brief, or the rules they all share, in the dashboard. The next call uses it, and Reset brings back the original text.

A brief for one call

One agent, any language
An agent for the calls you place. It opens in the language of the country it rings, in a native voice picked for that language from the ElevenLabs library, and when the customer answers in another language it carries on in theirs from its next sentence, with nobody passed to a colleague. You can hear and change each voice on the agent's page.
