Send info letter empties as it sends: a lead whose letter has gone moves to Info letter sent and waits for an answer there, and one whose letter bounces goes to Lost by itself.

One call to a recording
A lead only a voice menu or an answering machine answered moves to Menu or voicemail after that one call, with the other cards on the same number, and is not rung through the same menu again.
