The accepted quotation reissued as a proforma to pay against: marked as not a tax invoice, valid for two weeks, with the bank details and the number to quote on the payment. The tax invoice follows from the same order.

Asks what they think of it
Up to three letters after a quotation, each asking something different, in the quotation's own thread and to the person it went to. Parts quoted from stock get an offer to reserve them. You set how many letters and how many days apart, and can add a line of your own to the next one. The letters stop the moment the client answers, and a quotation nobody answers is closed as lost two weeks after the last contact.
